PSRs Again

Some cases that I deal with seem to last forever. I was in Court today with such a case. I have mentioned this case before in my blog where there have been a large number of appearances in order to get the Client sentenced with a pre-sentence report.

I arrived at Court today to find the Client had not arrived. I then dealt with another matter and then discovered my Client had arrived intoxicated and been ejected from the Court. Again this case has been adjourned - I am starting to wonder if this case will ever come to an end.

Court should have had them detained for contempt and sentenced once sober.

I have to agree but as I am bound to act in the best interests of my Client I was hardly in a position to suggest what you are saying. I think that the Client was particularly fortunate that the District Judge did not follow your line of thought.

Its such as you scan my mind! You appear to understand such a lot concerning this, such as you wrote the book in it or one thing. i believe that you simply may do with some pics to drive the message home to a small degree, however apart from that, this is often nice web log. an excellent scan. af26.com
