Whilst browsing through news stories today I came across two distinctly odd news reports.
The first news report was about a prisoner who decided to cut his penis off with a razor blade.
The second news report was about a defence that a Defendant ran at Court when prosecuted for various things including indecent exposure. His defence was that he had a very small and underdeveloped penis so therefore he would not go out in public flashing it about.

Those 2 reports are very interesting.
Maybe the first prisoner was trying to escape....in stages....
is that what criminal solicitors do, look for penis cases to study?
Rooster,
if you think that all I do is look for penis stories every day then you have clearly not read this blog.
I take it that the idiot didn't take his Solicitor's advice over this particular 'defence'?
Merry Christmas!
The first story - well he'll probably sue the prison service for allowing him to get hold of a blade and chop of his tackle - it must be against some form of human right to not be protected from yourself by now!
and the second one... you gotta laugh... 7 times... if he'd done it once, well I'm no lawyer, but 7 times? is that where similar fact comes in...? ha ha!!!
Yes, I think that probably is a case for similar fact evidence!!
Somebody in my office had cause to instruct a medical expert, some years ago, to show that a client of ours had an unusually small penis! As I recall, it took her a LONG time, and a lot of funny calls, to find somebody.
Re: the second case, I suppose that the idiot could have argued that de minimis non curat lex.
excellent
de minimis non curat lex
Who in their right mind would cut of their own penis! Wow...that got to hurt, I hope the dude has a good Medical Solicitor!
They let a flasher who gets his kicks from showing his penis to strangers take photographs of same and show them to the jury.
Erm...
Wouldn't that be counts 8 to 19 ?
Love your frankness with what you have experienced. I would feel comfortable having you represent me. Great work
